What LarisClinic Does

LarisClinic helps clinic teams manage patient conversations, appointment operations, follow-ups, document requests and operator workflows. The service connects approved clinic communication channels and clinic operations tools so authorized staff can respond to patients and track work in one console.

Information We Process

We process information needed to operate clinic conversations and requests, such as contact details, channel identifiers, message metadata, conversation content provided by patients or clinic staff, appointment references, follow-up status and document-request state. We also process operator account information for authentication, access control, auditing and support.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to deliver clinic messaging workflows, route conversations, support patient service requests, maintain audit trails, detect operational issues and improve the reliability of the service. LarisClinic does not sell patient conversation data.

Sharing And Integrations

LarisClinic shares information only as needed to provide the service, such as with connected messaging providers, clinic systems selected by the clinic, infrastructure providers and security or support vendors. Access is limited by project membership, operator role and integration configuration.

Security And Retention

We use access controls, encrypted integration credentials, audit logs and operational safeguards to protect service data. Retention periods depend on clinic configuration, legal requirements and operational needs. Media files and sensitive provider credentials are handled outside public pages and are not exposed here.
